One of the nice things about holidays is having family visit. So it was so fab being with my human sis Sydne and my niece Bunnybell. It is a good thing that my new stroller is extra wide, so Bunnybell can sit next to me. But I think if she eats any more holiday treats she may need to ride down below!

Thanksgiving Feast

My family has a tradition of getting Joe's Stone Crabs delivered for the Thanksgiving feast. But Mommy knows we like turkey, so she prepared turkey burger drumsticks for us. We were supposed to all bark what we were thankful for before we ate, but Annie just couldn't wait.

Happy Thanksgiving

Dear world,
Today is the day where we bark out loud how thankful we are. We are both thankful Mommy and Daddy adopted us and we are very loved (and a bit spoiled). I am also very grateful I get to live the fab spoiled life of a self-proclaimed Princess. Annie barked that she is extra thankful that she feels good, is enjoying life and for all the yummy meals she gets. She also barked that she is not thankful for the headgear I insisted she wear today.

Swan Lake II

The other day we went to Swan Lake (that is what we have named it). And not only did we see Mr. Swan, but he was with some of his swan pals. So we ran over, I thought to say hi and make new friends.

 Annie, however, had a different idea and scared them away. Oh well. I guess it she will always be a sporting dog, no matter how many Princess lessons I give her!

Dear world,
Yesterday was my first official Driver's Ed lesson. I am very lucky that Daddy was willing to by my instructor. I think I got the hang of it. Now I need a car. I would like a pink mini Mini convertible. I will put it on my Holiday wish list.

Bathroom Walk of Fame

Dear world,
The bathroom is being renovated. So the other day, Annie was looking for Mommy and she thought she went to that bathroom. So she jumped on the door to open it and tracked her way through the wet Thinset on the floor. Then, since Annie had not clued me in on what happened, I ended up doing the same thing a little while later .  So now, there are our paw prints cemented in the bathroom floor.  I think Annie and I should sign our names and it will be just like the Hollywood Walk of Fame!

Mattress Shopping

Dear world, 
The other day we went mattress shopping with Mommy and Daddy. We had never been to a mattress store, so we thought it would be fun. NOT. I wanted to try all the mattresses out like Goldilocks, but I wasn't allowed. And Annie was bummed that there were toys for human kids, but none for dogs. And what was the most unbelievable, they did not even have any dog beds in their selection. Why don't they take us seriously as consumers?

Swan Lake

The other day we took a stroll around a nearby lake. That is where Annie met Mr. Swan. She barked at him and he gave her the evil eye. Then she went close to the edge and made silly growling sounds. That is when Mr. Swan made a hissing growl sound back. Annie was on leash, otherwise I think she may have jumped in. Next time I will tell Mommy to let her off leash and I will watch from my stroller. Do you think she will go in the water?

Salon visit

Dear world,
The other day Mommy had an appointment with her groomer. I asked her to take me along so  I could see how it differs from my grooming salon. Well now that I understand, I think I will try to enhance my next groomer visit. First, I will chat with Karen my groomer like Mommy does with April. And I think maybe I will consider having highlights done or at minimum covering my grey hairs.

Annie and I received presents today from our fab family in South Florida. I immediately thought of which dresses I could wear mine with. Annie on the other paw, did not see it as a handbag. She saw it as a nose rest and immediately used it for her nap!

Dear world,

I finally opened my presents. So many fab things ! But my absolute fave of course is my new lightweight stroller. And I made sure Annie did not feel left out. I gave her a little black poodle toy as a Rosy Day party favor. Everyone should have a little Rosy to play with!

Party time !

Dear world,
I had such a fab Rosy Day celebration with my family. First, we dined al fresco on fried chicken, my new fave treat. Then we went inside to the fab party table for my cakes. Of course I was serenaded the birthday song, then family loved their neon pink Rosy Day cake. I was so exhausted by my party and all the yummy food, I fell asleep before opening my presents! So Rosy Day must be extended!

The other day Annie surprised me. She said she figured out a way she could be a Princess too. So she pulls out these hats. She told me to that if we put our hats on and close our eyes we can become Viking Princess in our minds. I went along with it. I was encouraged that she wanted to be a Princess.
