Thanksgiving Turkey

Teddy and I sat at the Thanksgiving table waiting for Jack Jack to arrive. Teddy was surprised that the plates were empty.
Then Jack Jack arrived and after barking Thanksgiving pleasantries, we each agreed we were most thankful for our wonderful forever homes.
Then we looked at what we were being served. Mom explained that we each have a turkey leg toy we can chew on that has  special treats inside. (When Teddy and I whined a bit, Mom explained that Jack Jack couldn't have human food. )
So we all decided we would try our weird Turkey legs. Mmmm they were fun and yummy!
I decided to take my turkey leg and put it on my bed. I thought maybe if my plate was empty, some real turkey would appear.
Hope everyone has/had a delicious Thanksgiving !

Memorial Day

It's Memorial Day! First, we honor and remember all the people in the armed forces that died serving our country to protect our freedom.
Second, we wait for Daddy to cook our a Memorial Day Barbecue food.
And there it is!!  Hamburger sliders (sans buns) with grilled sweet potatoes!
 YUM !!!! So good.
And then our food was gone. :(

But Teddy barked out to ask for more!
I had to explain to him that we will have to wait until the next holiday celebration. And he barked - tomorrow we can celebrate Teddy and Titus Tuesday !!!

Thanksgiving Meal

For Thanksgiving, Mommy made us turkey legs (ground turkey shaped as a leg!). When we sat down, we were all supposed to first say what we were thankful for. Bunnybell however, could not wait to eat!

Then Bunnybell went after my turkey leg! I protested.

So Annie barked that Bunnybell can sit next to her.

Bunnybell immediately finished her turkey leg, then stepped over Annie onto the table to get Annie's turkey leg! At that point, everyone agreed that Bunnybell could no longer sit at the table.

Once she was gone, Annie and I chatted about all the things we are thankful for. Most of them were the same - Mommy, Daddy, Sydne, Bunnybell, our home, our happy lives. Annie added thanks for her toys and bacon treats. I added thanks for my immense and fab wardrobe.

And then we were ready to eat. What a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Rosy Day gift

My last report about Rosy Day is my fave present. Mommy and Daddy got me a gift card to my fave restaurant - Milton's Deli. So I went online and ordered dinner for Annie and me.

Mommy set up our area for our special meal - my faves chicken noodle soup (Milton's is the absolute best!) and brisket served over mashed potatoes.

Then we were ready to eat. Annie wasn't so sure about this fancy meal
until she caught a whiff of the brisket .

Mmmmmmm so good! What a fab meal !

Dog Day Afternoon

To celebrate National Dog Day yesterday, I decided to take Annie and Bunnybell to Seaport Village. I told them we will walk around first to see the cute shops then go to lunch at Sally's.

Annie loved the Dog Menu. She chose the Sally's Famous Pupcakes.

After studying the menu, Bunnybell also chose the Pupcakes.

When the pupcakes arrived, Annie and Bunnybell dug right in. I on the other paw shared crab salad with my Mommy!

Thanksgiving Traditions

Every year since I have been with my family, they have a very unique Thanksgiving feast. Stone Crabs shipped from Joes's Stone Crabs in Miami Beach. I just think they are so weird. So that was our Thanksgiving lunch feast. Then we broke tradition with tradition! .....
A Thanksgiving traditional dinner feast. This was much more to Annie and my liking. I hope this traditional dinner becomes another tradition. Hope you all had fab Thanksgiving feasts!

#FuzzFriday : Lasagna Day

How perfect! Lasagna Day falls on #Fuzz Friday. So we googled "Lasagna for Dogs" and we found a recipe rom Three Dog Bakery ! We gathered all the ingredients and with Mommy's help there it was right out of oven - Labrador Lasagna Bake ! So YUM ! Then Daddy wanted some so Mommy heated up Daddy's piece with some tomato sauce.  He liked it too! (Don't tell Daddy that Annie ate from the pan that his piece came out of! )
If you want to make your own, here is the link to the recipe Labrador Lasagna Bake
Happy #FuzzFriday and Happy Lasagna Day!

Memorial Day

Dear world,
Its Memorial Day so its time for a themed meal of course. Before we were seated, Bunnybell went to inquire what we were having. Chicken and steak! How yummy!
More importantly, on Memorial Day we want to take the time to remember and honor those fallen in service for our great country.

Birthday Breakfast

Dear world,
Today is Mommy's birthday. So Annie and I decided we wanted her to have a birthday breakfast in bed. I was in charge of setting up  Mommy's tray. Annie was in charge of getting the food. I figured to match my elegant presentation, Annie would bring back some fab foods like scones, croissants and strawberries. But much to my dismay, in she walked with McDonalds bags. She was very proud. She got bacon, egg & cheese biscuits for everyone, so we could all have breakfast in bed. I should have known better than to delegate food selection to Annie.

Our Thanksgiving Feast

Dear world,
The big Joe's Stone Crab box from Miami Beach was delivered for our family's unique Thanksgiving meal tradition. But we prefer turkey, so Mommy made us our ground turkey legs (now she can tell everyone she cooked turkey!). Anyway, we sat down to our meal and I proceeded to bark about about all the things I am thankful for. And not only could Annie  not wait to eat till I was finished barking, but then Bunnybell grabbed the turkey leg off my plate ! Am I the only one with manners?

The Most American Thickburger

Dear world,
Ever since we saw the commercials, we have been begging Mommy for The Most American ThickBurger. And yesterday she came home and put the Carl’s Jr bag on the floor! We couldn't wait to eat like we mean it! Annie devoured the top bun and then the hot dog. Which meant I got the cheeseburger ! SCORE!

Hamburger Hopping

As you know we have been shopping with Mommy & Daddy a lot for home stuff. Yes, it does get a bit boring to see slabs, faucets and fireplaces. But there has been a major perk. We have been getting to do hamburger hopping! We smashed into Smashbuurger, signed in at In N'Out and Mcdonned big smiles waiting to Mcdive into McDonalds. We are hoping to go home improvement shopping again tomorrow. We are suggesting a store near Five Guys.
