When at the beach Mommy called us to come out to join her at the sand bar. I wasn't quite sure, but on a warm day a bar sounded good for a (non-alcoholic) drink. So I convinced Annie to come with me.
Once we got to the Sand Bar, we didn't see anyone serving drinks. Annie was looking for any hors d'oeuvres none in sight. We should have come during happy hour.
Rosy, that's a very nice stretch of beach. Can you get sand dollars at the sand bar? You're lucky to go to the beach. It's always a special treat when I get to go to the beach, but I'll have to ask my mother to take me to one that has a sand bar.
ReplyDeleteYes! Sand dollars. We need to remember to bring the sand dollars we collected to pay for the premium drinks! Oh Bob, I wish you could come with us! BearHUGs & RosyPoodleKisses!
DeleteThat sand bar sure looks like a cool place! I would be with Annie, where is the food? You guys sure are lucky to live near a beach and be able to go there so often. Where I live it has been cold and rainy. Yuck. I'm glad you guys have good weather and a great beach!
ReplyDeleteYes, we love to come to the beach, such amazing sniffs! Sending you some San Diego sunshine! BearHUGs & RosyPoodleKisses!
DeleteThat was a beautiful day at the beach. Not a cloud in the sky. They should name a sand bar something different since it's misleading. I can understand why Annie expected hors d'oeuvres. Such a disappointment. xo
ReplyDeleteYes, it was a fab day! Don't worry. We got treat when we got home to get over the disappointment! BearHUGs & RosyPoodleKisses!
