Jack Jack's Party

Our nephew Jack Jack, came to visit this past weekend . His Gotcha Day is not for a few weeks, but we won't be seeing him again before then. So we decided to celebrate the occasion early. You know how we love parties!
Jack Jack was excited about the pupcakes . I thought they were rather small.
We finally got to dig in. Yum!
I ate my pupcake in one bite. In the meantime, Jack Jack licked the frosting, then licked his lips in-between licks. I just couldn't take my eyes off his pupcake.
I just couldn't help myself. When Jack Jack turned away for a moment, I took his pupcake!
(Don't worry, Mom had more of course.)
Then we gave Jack Jack his presents. One of the presents was a toy of a mug with donuts inside. Mom got really mad at me when I tried to steal one of the donuts!
But overall, a good time was had by all. Happy early Gotcha Day Jack Jack. We are so happy you are part of our family!

Teddy's Gotcha Day Party

I threw Teddy a Paw Patrol Party for his Gotcha Day. He loved his Marshall Fire hat and toy.
Then I showed him how he can eat his pupcake. He watched as I put the whole thing in my mouth.
He tried to copy me, but only ended up with the frosting.
Then he tried again. Score ! Pupcake in mouth!
Once he finished the cake, he went to eat the remaining frosting .
It was a bit challenging since he wanted to be Marshall the Fire Pup/.

Bunnybell's Party

Yesterday we had a belated Gotcha Day Party for our niece Bunnybell. Since Rosy is no longer with us, I was in charge of party planning. I went with Bunny's fave decor and food - black and white polka dots and salmon. I think Rosy would have been proud.

The smoked salmon was absolutely delicious.

Next was the cake. Teddy couldn't even wait until it was cut ! (Not good form Teddy).

The cake was so yum !

After we were done, there was some bits of frosting on the table. So more bad form for Teddy and he hopped onto the table. He said he was just helping clean up..

And then Bunnybell opened her presents. She was a happy girl. I hope she loved her party.

Happy Gotcha Day Bunnybell !

Today is my niece Bunnybell's Gotcha Day ! My human sis Sydne adopted her from a rescue group 11 years ago ! She has aged amazingly well, don't you think? Anyway, I can't wait to see her this weekend....

I will take her on a stroll to Swan Lake. Oh yeah, she will be meeting Teddy for the first time too. I have to make sure he understands that this is not a Bunny we chase! .
Please join me in wishing Bunnybell an awesome Gotcha Day !

Annie's Party

I threw Annie the most fab Annie Day party. Paw Patrol and hot dogs!

She especially loved the hot dogs!

She even got presents with the theme - a hot dog toy and new hot dog collar !

Then we had cake. Mommy brought Annie's puppy cake. Our hotel sent a giant Annie photo cake! How fab! (Yes, that's Bear on it! It represents 4 years ago!) I will tell you all about our trip in a later blog post. Right now, I am just too exhausted from so much partying!

Rosy Day Celebration

Today is Rosy Day !  Six years ago today my Mommy found me on Rose Street in Memphis!  So I then became a self-proclaimed princess! I do have everything I could want. So this year, instead of presents, I asked Mommy and Daddy to sponsor a couple of dogs from Best Friends Animal Society.  We chose Otto and Curly. And then I thought, wouldn't it be fab to have them at my birthday party? So I set a place for each of them!
P.S.  Here are the links to the stories of Otto and Curly.

Annie's Party

Ever since Annie saw snow, she has been obsessed with Snowmen. So for Annie's Gotcha Day, I threw her an Olaf party! Annie liked her party especially the toys and snowmen pupcakes. But she still wishes she could see snow and meet Olaf. I think we can take her to see snow, but does anyone have Olaf's contact information?

Annie's Party

Dear world,
I threw such a fab party for Annie's Gotcha Day. I chose Anna from Frozen for the theme, since Annie came from Santa Ana which was the inspiration for her name. I had Mommy make the cake. She created a masterpiece, with Annie's fave foods- turkey and beef burgers with bacon puree frosting. Annie had three helpings! I thought I would save my piece for tomorrow since I don't like to overeat.

Gotcha Day !

Dear world,
Today is my Gotcha Day so I wanted to do the blogpost. Two years ago I was in the Orange County shelter. Mommy came to my cage and said she promised that she would be my forever Mommy. Then she and my forever Daddy brought me to my forever home. Since that day, I have been so happy and feel safe, surrounded by lots of love and lots of toys. I hope all the animals that are in shelters will  get to celebrate their gotcha days real soon.
BearHUGs Forever,
Annie

Gotcha Day !

Today is my Gotcha Day but I like to refer to it as my birthday since I started a whole new fab life on that day. Can you believe what I looked like three years ago? Just in case you don't know my story, it is just like a fairytale.  While still living in Memphis, I found my Mommy while she was walking Bear and Fuzz on Rose Street. (Hence my name Rosy Rue!) And that is when I became a princess and am now living happily ever after in California.
PS. You can read more about that day (and the days after) on my brother Bear's blog
Love Always Bear -  Everything's coming up Rosy !
