Beach Tent
The other day Annie was mesmerized by a tent on the beach. She thought it was so cool that you could camp out on our beach. I explained to her that it was only being used for shade for the day. But Annie was still captivated by the idea. Now she wants to have a sleepover on the beach. I told her maybe someday (in her dreams!)

Texas Ranger
The other day at the beach we met a Great Dane called Texas Ranger. Annie was afraid he was going to arrest us for something. I told her not to worry cause we are not in Texas. And anyway, why is his name Texas Ranger? We live in San Diego, shouldn't his name be Padre ?

PS -- For those who are unfamiliar with USA Baseball, the Texas Rangers are a baseball team from Dallas/Ft. Worth metro. We live in San Diego, California and our team is the Padres (and we love our team, no matter what!)

Bunny and the Leonberger
Yesterday we went to the beach with Bunnybell. She loves to
play with big dogs. She got excited when she saw a giant Leonberger “puppy” and
ran over to say hello. He didn't know what this little dancing creature was that
was barking in his face. When she tried
to play, he got scared and ran away. Poor Leonberger.

Dear world,
Continuing with my blog challenge, today is D,
another easy one! D is for Del Mar Dog Beach of course! What
probably comes to your mind is dogs like my brother Bear, who love swimming and
playing in the ocean. But there’s a lot more to Dog Beach. It’s is absolutely
fab place to socialize and network. You never know who you may meet!
