Mealtime

Dear world,
Everyday at mealtime the same thing occurs.  Annie, gobbles up her food. At the same time, I wait, sniff and wait again to see what else Mommy will be giving me. Then, I eat a little and turn around to walk away. In the meantime, Annie awaits anxiously to have my leftovers.  I am so happy I have a dog. It is such a good way to make sure there is no food wasted.

  1. I wrote a whole comment and it disappeared. I hate when that happens. You are so green, making sure nothing is wasted, Rosy. It must be so cool to have your own dog. You get to tell her what to do and what to wear. I get bossed around by my sisfur, but I am not her cat no matter what she thinks. I just let her cuz she was here first. :)

    1. Well seniority does count. It is very cool being a Princess with a dog. The only thing I don't like is that Mommy won't let me dye her pink! BearHUG & RosyPoodleKIsses!

  2. Rosy, I can understand how Annie feels. I eat my meals very quickly and my sister Maggie takes her time...I think she is torturing me. So probably Annie does what I do -- pretend you're just watching patiently-- but inside you're jumping up and down waiting to lick the bowl. BTW you two have really cool-looking placemats.

    1. Yes, sounds like you and Annie are alike at mealtime! Fuzz was like that too! And yes, we love our placemats. Annie's is a dog with a heart and mine is Princesses. BearHUG & RosyPoodleKisses!

  3. Rosy, you are the perfect lady, always leaving something on your place... so Annie the vacuum can clean it later :)

    1. Yes, I tried to teach Annie mealtime etiquette during Princess training, but that is another lesson she failed! But you're right, she is a fab vacuum (except for carrots). BearHUG & RosyPoodleKisses!

  5. Hi Rosy. There's a new doggie in our family named Bosco. He's 4-5 yrs old & is a pom/chi. He eats like you do. I think he waits to see if something better will come along. James, who's a terrierX, is only a gobbler if it's something fabulous but eats in increments, lol. Annie is very appreciative of her food & enjoys every morsel! xo
