Lake walk

 Last week when Sydne and Jack Jack were visiting we went on a walk around the lake.

 Jack Jack not only loved the ducks but he was obsessed with watching the fish in the water . So we all went over to the rocks to look at the fish with him.

While Teddy and Jack Jack continued watching the fish, I got distracted by the awesome smell of the duck poop.

  

So I thought what a nice cologne that would be for me. So I rolled my neck and face in it.

Daddy's Boy

After Titus got home, we went to the lake. Titus couldn't get enough of all the smells and pulled Daddy all around the lake.

Daddy loved it. So did Titus.

When we got back home, Titus was pooped, so he laid down on the floor to rest. Daddy wanted to keep him company and laid down right next to him! 

Then it was time to grill. This time, Titus went to keep Daddy company.  So the male bonding has begun.

Loch Pup Monsters

Halloween month continues. This time, Annie and I dressed up as monsters. I told her we should go down to the lake and we can call ourselves Loch Pup Monsters.  She didn't understand because she had never heard of the Loch Ness Monster, so I told her that story.

That made Annie scared. She barked that now she will have nightmares about Loch monsters. Poor sweet Annie.

Hello Barley

Yesterday. our friend Cathy (Winslow's Mum) and her new rescue dog Barley came to visit. Isn't he handsome? 

First we took Barley down to the lake for a walk. 

 I could tell Annie took a real liking to Barley (she is not exactly subtle), So I let the two of them be on their own.

Once we got back to our house, Barley perused our backyard. 

He found one of Annie's bones that she buried and claimed it for his own. Annie was totally OK with that. Annie must really be head over paws with Barley!

Swan Lake V

Dear world,
I really thought we made headway and had a truce with the swans. But yesterday Mrs Swan was about to come after Annie so I barked to protect Annie. Then I barked to warn Annie to look out for the sister Miss Swan and cheered on when Annie chased her away! So much for a peaceful Swan Lake.

Duck boss

Dear world,
One of my fave things to do on my walk around the lake is to boss all the ducks around. I bark at them to stay in the water where they belong. So the other day when I came home, I found the ducks in my pool! That is not the water I meant!

Paddle boating

Dear world,
The other day I decided it would be fab to go on a paddleboat. So I stepped on and asked Annie to come over and paddle for me with her big paws. But she was scared of coming on the boat. So I looked around and there were no paddle helpers. Next time I will wait for Daddy.

Bunnybell's visit

Dear world,
This past weekend was fab. We finally got to see Bunnybell. We took a stroll down by the lake for fun. But then I thought it was a good time for their Princess modeling lessons. So I planned a photo shoot. I was so proud of Annie and Bunnybell. They both got an A+ !

Swan Lake Negotiations

As part of my passion for self improvement in Princess leadership, I decided to practice my negotiation skills at Swan Lake. Annie wants to attack the swans. The swans don't want to be attacked. So I worked out a deal where Annie could attack the swans and the swans would pretend they were scared. Then Annie would stop short and the swans would walk away. Yesterday was the first day the plan went into effect. It worked!

Dear world,
