Mommy had all of our swag from Blog Paws shipped to our house. The box came yesterday and Annie was beyond excited.  I told her she could have anything she wanted, but not all at once. I told her to pick one thing first. So she sniffed and searched...

And she found a bone. I thought she would ask Mommy to take off the plastic so she could start eating it. I don't know why I thought that. Of course she did her normal Annie thing...

She went off to bury the bone, plastic and all.

Fab Friends

 One of my fave things about BlogPaws was meeting the fab Miss Harper Lee and her silly sister Talullah Bee. We connected a long time ago on Twitter through my brother Bear and have admired each other from afar.

But our Mommies were the most excited to finally meet eachother after being virtual friends. I just knew they would have to have to have a glass of wine (or two?) together even though it wasn't Wine Wednesday!

Blog Paws Red Carpet

The last night at Blog Paws was the Nose-to-Nose Awards Event. I finally got to wear my new dress special for the occasion! I just loved walking the Red Carpet! But like all award ceremonies, I also love to watch all the fashion – and Blog Paws attendees did not disappoint! Some of the highlights...

 The stylish terriers looked as if they just attended Pippa’s wedding reception!

And OMP! What can I say about the high fashion group of attendees! Did you see that one was of the feline persuasion? 

But everyone was talking about the Great Dane - what can I say? What fashionably chic colors of pink, black and white !

Blog Paws Greetings

I met so many new friends at Blog Paws today. I especially liked Simba, isn't he so cute ?

Then I met Carma Poodale . She's so pretty. Our Moms decided that it was a perfect poodle photo op!

 I met Leroy a few times during the day. But we both decided we didn't have much in common.

At one point, a creamy white cocker came toward me. OMP! Did Annie come to Blog Paws? Then she got closer and Bella introduced herself. I should have known it wasn't Annie. She was so clean and smelled so nice.

I cant wait to see who I meet tomorrow!

Trip to Blog Paws

This morning it was time for my trip to Blog Paws in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. So I practiced one more time getting in my bag. 

During the first flight to Charlotte , North Carolina, first I slept in my bag. But for the rest of the flight I sat on Mommy's lap and read magazines.

 When we arrived in Charlotte, Mommy brought me to the pet relief area. I don't know why she thought I would actually use this.

 We finally arrived at the Myrtle Beach airport and collected our bags.

 Upon arrival in our room I immediately claimed the bed by the window and turned on the remote.

Then it was time to go to sleep.  Excited about Blog Paws tomorrow!

Nominated

The other day when I was perusing my email, I read the most exciting news! I was nominated for two Blog Paws Nose-to-Nose awards! How incredibly fab is that?

I was nominated for Best Pet Humor Blog and Best Photo on a Blog. (The photo is of Annie so I do need to give her some credit). Anyway, I am beyond honored and excited. Winners will be announces at the Blog Paws Conference in May.

I am already dreaming of prancing on the Red Carpet. Now the question...what should I wear?

#FuzzFriday with Rocco

Annie asked if we could celebrate #FuzzFriday with Rocco.  Ugh. She still dreams about her meeting Rocco at BlogPaws. She was so starstruck! I told her that I don't think Rocco can come all the way from Utah to join us. ..

She barked that she was talking about his treats, not him! Oh, of course, Rocco & Roxie treats. Yum! Then Mommy told Annie she can continue celebrating with Rocco. Annie was excited....

Until she realized that Rocco also has his own Rocco & Roxie shampoo. Now we all have an extra treat for #FuzzFriday - Annie smells good!  Happy #FuzzFriday !

We finally emptied out all the bags of stuff we got at Blog Paws. Annie of course was beyond excited.  So I said that we need to figure out how to split it up. Annie barked that I can have all the spa bath products and she will take all the treats. Why am I not surprised?

Dreamy Dexter

Annie is still barking about someone she met at Blog Paws - Dexter the Cocker Spaniel. She refers to him as Dreamy Dexter. She even told me that she thinks she fell in love with him! I don't know if and how to break it to her that Dexter already has a girlfriend back home. Poor sweet Annie.

Mr. Vita Bone at Blog Paws

When we went to the Blog Paws Exhibit Hall (which Annie called the Treat Hall), Annie went over to the Vita Bone booth and received a sample treat. Of course, she was delighted. Then the next day when I went over, I gave Vita Bone a treat . I let Mr. Vita Bone have a photo op with a Princess Poodle.

Blog Paws Cat Encounters

I reported that upon arrival at Blog Paws I saw kitties in strollers which I found quite intriguing. So yesterday, one kitty leaned over and tried to introduce himself. Since I don't meow, I was not quite sure what to say (not often am I at a loss for words). But then I thought about it.  So when I met another stroller kitty I decided I would introduce myself in my usual Rosy fashion and I started barking. I dont know why Mom got annoyed, after all, Coco said hi!

Blog Paws Arrival

After a 61/2 hour drive, which consisted of window watching, napping, snacking and very hot rest stops, we finally arrived at our room in the Sheraton Grande Resort in Phoenix.  Then it was time for the Blog Paws Pre-Event Welcome Reception. First, we met our friend Sugar and then we got to meet so many other bloggers and social media friends. We even saw kitties in strollers. I will be in my (new!) stroller tomorrow.  Stay tuned for my next Rosy Report from Blog Paws!
